The Palazzo dei Poeti is a restored historic residence in the ancient Rabatana district of Tursi, once nearly abandoned. Revived by the Popia family starting in 2000, it preserves a medieval stone complex expanded over centuries. Arches, vaults, and tunnels linked to the castle and church reflect its layered history. Opened in 2005, it now serves as a place of hospitality blending culture, art, and heritage. Its restaurant highlights authentic Lucanian cuisine and seasonal ingredients. A true symbol of cultural rebirth and preservation.
