The village covers an area of 33,000 m² and includes six different types of accommodations designed to meet the needs of a wide variety of guests, from the most demanding to the more practical and informal. Policoro Village represents a convenient alternative to hotels. Village Bungalows feature a comfortable entrance veranda, two bedrooms, a bathroom (Prestige Bungalows have two bathrooms), a fully equipped and functional kitchen, and air conditioning. Casalino Units are furnished with a wardrobe, refrigerator, fan, spacious indoor veranda with table and chairs, internal bathroom, TV, air conditioning, kitchen, and veranda.
